Blogmas Day-23: Favourite Romance Books from Kindle Unlimited

 Hello, hello,

We're officially in the last week of 2023! How did this happen so quickly? The same question we ask ourselves as yet another year winds down! Time, it seems, flies irrespective of whether we are having fun or not. It passes. And that is both a consolation and a tragedy.

Anyway, didn't mean to wax poetic about time but maybe this is what happens when you read too much romance? :)

So, without much ado, let's get into our favourite spicy romance reads of the year. And, bonus, most of these can be read free via Kindle Unlimited.

The Royal Elites Series by Rina Kent

This is a series of 7 books based in a posh private school in the UK. Hot rich kids doing hot rich kids stuff but somehow each of these books has a soul. They are all spicy but not taboo and fun. Perfect to binge read if you are having a slow week! :)

The Legacy of Gods Series by Rina Kent

Rina Kent has her own multiverse of madness and two of her series meet in this third (and my favourite) series! The Legacy of God series are the stories of the kids from the Royal Elites series and some other stand-alone-ish Mafia romances written by the author and based in the US. So, these stories are set in college and are edgier, darker and spicier than those of their high school-age parents.

God of Fury (the fifth book in the series and the first MM romance I've ever read) is, hands down, my favourite of the lot!

The Priest Series by Sierra Simone

The Priest was a TikTok sensation and though it is a spicy, irreverent book, it is not my favourite in the series at all. This is a very spicy, very controversial series and The Priest and The Sinner have tropes that some readers may find uncomfortable such as the intersection of religion and sex. So, read if you are okay with all that. Saint, an MM romance, was my favourite because of the protagonist- Aiden.

The St. Mary's Rebels Series by Saffron A Kent

This series is set in a reform school for "bad girls" and each book is each of the girls' love stories. These are fun, spicy, some have tropes like age gap romance etc. My favourite is A Gorgeous Villain because of the protagonists and their sweet-spicy romance.

So, that was our little romance round up. If you have a Kindle Unlimited subscription, do check these out. The Priest books are not free but there are several other free books by Sierra Simone with really high ratings :)

Enjoy!
