Friday Favourites: Books, Home & eBooks.

Hello Loves!  Here are some Friday Joys 🎀🍄❤🎀🍄 Things bringing me joy this Friday:  Stacks of books.  Corners of home.  Sweet heart warming books.  Shelves on my iPad. Made a shelf for January in Japan.  Some new books.

Totes of the Moment.

I am totally into totes. The last 3 years has seen me become low key, well high key obsessed with totes. I also use them pretty much every single day.  I have a Planner Tote which holds all of my Planners and Journals.  Then I have a reading tote, that holds my current reads and some annotating supplies.  And I have a tote for my Laptop and iPad and Kindle. So three totes are always in circulation.  I change up said totes once in a while..like today.  Moved into a new Planner and Reading Tote, so thought I’d share.  This yellow gingham quilted tote is a recent find. It’s from the brand Orla that I got via Amazon.  I love the Springy and happy vibe and I’ve always loved gingham. This is spacious enough to hold all of my planners and journals.  And it has a zip which is great and keeps my things dust free and safe.  I filled it up and everything fits in just perfectly. It was some slip pockets inside that are perfect to store some of my s...

Friday Favourites: 6 Movie Recommendations for the Weekend

Hello, hello, We come to you today with some very random (and not new) movie recommendations.  Let's get into it, shall we?  1. Wait Till Helen Comes (YouTube) First of all, if you want to watch a bunch of horror and thriller movies and are not finding anything on your usual subs, then go to YouTube and search for horror movies and you will find a bunch of not-so-bad movies!  Wait Till Helen Comes is a decent horror movie about a family that moves into a church-turned-into-a-home and strange things start happening.  2. Devil's Diary (YouTube) A teen/ high school horror flick. Kinda inspired by The Craft but is still its own thing. A mysterious blank journal that makes evil desires come true falls into the hands of the high school outcast. All kinds of evil shenanigans happen.  3. Solstice (2008 movie) (YouTube)  A pretty decent horror-thriller movie. The print on YouTube is not the best but it is okay if you are watching it on your tablet or phone. We...

Friday Favourites: 2 Romance Book Recommendations

Hello, hello, And just like that the second week of the year draws to a close and it's FRIDAY!  So, if you are planning on just chilling out this weekend, may we recommend a duo of romance books to get you all cozy and settled in? Let's get into it, then! Both these books are part of a series (the Windy City series) by Liz Tomforde. These are sports romances and if you haven't read any sports romance before (like I hadn't either), then let me tell you that it is not something difficult to read. As in, the books don't really get technical about the sport in question.  So, it is actually pretty accessible and easy-to-read and get into the world of professional athletes and their love lives. :)  Mile High  Plot Summary:  ZANDERS Chicago hockey isn't complete without me - everyone's favourite player to hate. I know my role, and I play it well. In fact, I thoroughly enjoy spending the majority of my game time in the penalty box before leaving the arena with a new...
