June 13th.

  This day will always be about going back to school.  Today has looked mostly like this.  Staying in bed, reading and looking back on my school days and hoping for rain.

May Daily Journal.

 Hello Loves!  For my daily journal in May, I dug out an old notebook from my stash. I bought this notebook from Fabindia over 10 years ago but never put it to use. Typical Stationery Hoarder things, but see here I am ten years later and finally using it and loving it.  So a little bit of hoarding never hurt no one.  I love the pale pink and these beautiful turtles on the cover.  They are so cute and perfect for summer.  These turtles look so chilled out.  A page to set some monthly goals.  Some Matisse 🌸 The front page all decorated.  Wanted something summery and happy. And I am very happy with how this turned out.

  Nothing I appreciate more than Quiet Days full of introspection and solitude ✨🌻✨

Journal Pages: February Edition.

 Hello Loves!  Journaling has brought me a lot of joy lately. Here are some pages from my journal this week, before the ink.  These pages were filled with thoughts about the year gone by and I made a list of all things I want to focus on the next year.  Birthdays always make me take stock and make a ton of lists!

Planners and Journals 2024: Daily Journal, January.

 Hello Loves!  Time to start talking about my Planners and Journals of the year.  I have already shared my main planner, today I want to share glimpses of my Daily Journal.  I set it up early this morning because I wanted to journal and do the very trending Ins and Outs of 2024. It might be the only trending thing that I’ve really enjoyed seeing and creating.  Here is a slim notebook I am using as a Journal for January. As you might know, I use a different journal every month or season, in a bid to use up my considerable stash of journals.  This month I am using a floral notebook from The Ink Bucket.  Let’s see how I’ve decorated it.  Got this beautiful notebook last year, and pulled it out to use as my first journal of the year. I am fully leaning into my floral aesthetic and trying to keep alll things floral this year…for most part.  This is the perfect size for a month and it’s lined and the paper quality is very good.  Plus, just loo...

Hello July 2023 + Days of July. {Books, Lamps, Journals and Teapot.}

  And just like that, six months of the year are done and dusted and we step into the second half of the year, which is my favourite half of the year. The festivals, the seasons changing and general air of joy.  I hope this half of the year and kind and bright and full of light and joy for all of us.  :)  I am hoping July is full of rains and books and goodness of all kinds.  I've been making the most of these gorgeous rainy days, drinking chai, reading books and watching some scary movies.  Here is what July has looked like.. Coffee in a pink daisy mug.  I got a little teapot of my dreams, it's tiny and holds around two cups of chai.  I got it from Weaving Homes.  Set up my Planner in this gorgeous A6 sized traveler's notebook from The Black Canvas, I have moved out of my planner, for multiple reasons and am using a Atelier Norah insert. I am so much happier with this move and change. Full planner set-up will be shared soon.  For my dai...

Stationery Sunday: January Journal.

 Hello Loves!  For today's post I want to share my beautiful daily journal from January.  I went all out.  I bought this gorgeous TN from The Black Canvas last year and saved it for 2023 and in January I brought it out in January. I love it so much.  The insert is from a shop called Softly Vintage and has a mix of different kinds of papers, handmade and transparent and regular. The size is a little off. I thought it would fit a standard sized TN but it's slightly big and stuck out slightly but I made it work.  Let's take a little look shall we.  Here she is all her glory.  Love the grain on the leather and the feel of her.  The typewriter just has my whole heart.  A closer look.  Think.  Write. Create.  I also set up a little folder that I had lying around.  Put some stickers and covered it with some papers, all from The Planner Society.  January Journal.  This is a cover of the insert that I decorated....

My Reading Resolutions for 2022.

 Hello Loves!  I know I am a little (a lot) late talking about my Resolutions this year. I don't even know why! I guess I wanted to let this year begin and get a feel for it before latching any expectations and hopes on it. You know let's see where 2022 was going and then set my expectations accordingly.  :) So here are my little Reading Resolutions and Goals for 2022.  From my Book Journal.  Made a list and hope to stick to it.  :)  I have largely kept things simple and do-able.  Low-key love how this layout turned out.  My Resolutions.  My main goals are to:  Read what I love.  Don't force myself to read.  Read more Literary Fiction.  Buy books I want to read immediately.  DNF books without guilt.  Read a few chonky books.  :)  Read what makes me happy.  What are some of your reading goals for 2022?  And have you been sticking to them?  Me, I think so far I've done well with the go...

Hello July 2021 + A Day in my Life.

  Hello July!  Hello Rains!  Hello the Second Half of 2021.  I am so happy July is here.  I am hoping this is a good month, full of good books and some much needed writing.  Be Good July.  Be Gentle.  Be Kind!  The first day of July is off to a good start.  It was a rainy day.  Grey.  Cloudy.  Lovely.  My dearest friend Meenakshi sent us a whole bunch journals.  She is the sweetest person who really goes out of her way to spoil and pamper us.  I put my new journal to good use and started using it.  I am using this journal as a thought dump journal.  A place to do my morning pages.  I wrote some six pages today while sitting on the roof and it was perfect.  Things I carry to the roof.  Books.  Journals.  Kindle.  All carried in my tote bag.  Traveler's Notebook and some sparkly markers and Inayat bookmark.  Just some beautiful things.  Started a new book ...
