Book Haul/// Books of July 2018.

Hello!

I am particularly excited to share this book haul. It has some seriously gorgeous books and books I didn't overthink and just got. I don't know about you, but I tend to sometimes agonise over book buying decisions.
Do I really need this?
Will I read this right away?

Sometimes it's just nice to let go and buy books without all the mental gymnastics.
I bought these books on a rainy Friday evening.
Most of these are from Kitab Khana and one is from The Kulture Shop.
I spent sometime browsing the shelves and came home with these beauties.

Let's see what I've added to my shelves lately.

Look at this gorgeousness!
I got this beautiful book from The Kulture Shop. It's Pinocchio but full of Patua art.
Ah!
The full page illustrations in this book are a visual treat.
I can't wait to read this and stare at the art.

I've already read this book in the last few days of July and while I did enjoy it, it was a little bit of a struggle.
I have some mixed feelings which I will delve into properly during a review.

I just, literally just finished reading this stunning book and really enjoyed it.

This one is going to be my Bangladeshi read for my Indian Books in August.
I am excited to read this. A re-imagining of a popular Bengali folk/myth tale.

I read A Little Life when it came out and while it was by no means a perfect read. I did enjoy the writing and I am interested in reading another books by same author.

Austen vibes in Pakistan, yes please!
This one promises to be a fun read and I cannot wait to dive in.
Something else I intend to read this month.

I have read some good reviews of this book and when I spotted it in Kitab Khana I grabbed it. I will be reading this soon enough.

I honestly am in love with this gorgeous cover!
Ah!
A work of art.
This book I am saving to read during Pujo.
I am forever planning my reading months in advance!
:)
