Hello!  I, like every one else spent this last weekend all wrapped up in the Stranger Things universe.  After 9 hours of being in LOVE with all things Season 2, I can now go back to my normal life.  Have you seen season 2 yet? God! I loved it so much.  In fact, I think I might love this season a little bit more than last season...just because it was so much more intense.  If you haven't watched Stranger Things yet...you've got to! It is nostalgic, funny, spooky and so brilliant and man those kids are golden!!!  So let's jump into some thoughts and feelings I've had watching these 9 episodes...why can't we have more?!   Some Favourite Strange Things///  1. Hello!  It's time for a book haul! :)  I didn't know if I'd buy any new books this month but I found myself at Kitab Khana and couldn't resist picking up some interesting books. Also, it's Durga Pujo and I decided to Treat Myself :)  If not in the festive then when does one treat oneself to some joy. :)  I also picked up two new magazines to try. I have heard loads about Caravan but never read one and I had never even heard of IQ and thought I'd give it a go. I hope I enjoy reading them. I used to be a big fashion magazine fan but in the last 3 years I've kinda gotten over them, I much prefer the independent and literary magazines.  Let's see the books I bought... Book: 172 Hours on the Moon Author: Johan Harstad Translated by: Tara F. Chace from Norwegian to English. (duh!) Pages: 368 How Long it Took To Read: An afternoon. A rainy, dark afternoon...perfect for a book like this. Plot Summary: The book starts in 2018 (very slightly in the future), some senior folks at NASA are discussing the possibility of going back to the Moon, even though no one has gone back in decades. But going back isn't as easy as it seems. Funds are a big issue. Also, the new generation doesn't quite care about man on the Moon as the older generations did back in the 70s.
