Monday Moods: A New Week Begins.

 Just another Manic Monday.

Bookish Bliss {April Edition}.

Some Bookish Moments and Joys from April. Making TBRs and sticking to it. Reading Bengali Books & Authors. Books & Coffee.

Saturday Diary. 5/4/25

Here’s what today has looked and felt like:  Setting up my journal for April.  Putting pen to paper.  Reading this incredible book, Stroke of Death by Shampa Roy. It’s a murder mystery set in Bengal in 1904 and in a small village in soon to he East Bengal. A Rajbari and its many inhabitants and a mystery that has me hooked. My weekend reading looks allll sorted!  Painted my nails 💅 with a touch of sparkle.  And this bookmark has my whole heart!

Friday Favourites: Things I’ve Loved this Week.

This hasn’t been an easy week. Here are some of my silver linings:  A Bengali art inspired bookmark. Coffee and a spooky book.  Coffee with a dollop of ice-cream, blisssss! An alpona bookmark. Fluttering pages. Poirot.

Hello April 2025! + All Bengali Books in April.

Hello April. Hello Nobo Borsho. Hello reading Bengali Books all month. Here’s what my first day of the month looked like… Made a TBR.  Read a little.  Drank coffee out of a spooky mug. Felt happy.  All good things.

February Begins…

February begins with joy, hope and merriment.

A Day of Rest + Comfort Reads.

Hello Loves!  I've somehow managed to pull my back.  I might have slept weird or I pulled it while shoving my Christmas tree in the loft!  Jeez!  So today I started a happy cozy read.  Slathered on some pain relief balm and drank my coffee and rested.  Some journaling was done too.  Here's what today looked like:  Started reading Grandpa's Bag of Stories by Sudha Murty and it's just what I needed today.  Still making my way through Bengali stories.  But this too heavy to hold today.  Love my journal.  Coffee always makes me happy.

Saturday Diary: Books & Coffee & Joy.

Hello Loves!  Hope you're having a good first weekend of the year.  I read a little, rested up and watched some old Feluda films. Started a new book and even brought out my special markers to highlight. 📖 All good things.
