 Hello Loves!  Time to share a little haul from recent times.  I love all things handmade and painted and things that are unique.  I came across Ayenaa on IG a while back I had to get myself some of her beautiful creations.  We, sister and I, picked two totes. One pouch and one sling bag.  Here is what we got.  This is the pouch. Look at the beautiful art and look at those colours.  This is the tote.  Look how gorgeous.  I love the woman and the bird. This one my sister picked out, she loves birds and we love the old fashioned Bengali vibe of this one.  I also got myself this circle sling bag. The oodles of yellow and the this portrait really called out to me.  The bag itself is quite roomy and wonderful and even though it's small, it will fit all of my essentials. I also like that the strap is cotton and not leather or PVC, it goes well with the vibe of the bag.  And finally I got this beautiful owl bag for myself. I LOV...

 Hello Loves.  If you follow me on IG you know I have been having a little planner crisis in my head.  Basically I am so tempted to buy a Midori Planner even though I have Inkbucket planner. So I have been feeling crippled with indecision.  Yikes.  But I think I have made a decision to just suck it up and use my existing planner and make it as lovely and beautiful as I can.  So, let's focus on something good instead.  Here are some new additions to my life.  Some stationery bits and some general bits.  We recently got our 2022 calendar from Bhuli Art (will share how beautiful it is soon)  and also got this set of stunning postcards/ art prints.  I love their art style and how striking each print is.  Can't wait to put these up on my walls soon.  This is my third time buying a calendar from them and I am so happy to have their art and colour fill up a corner of my home in 2022.  My sister's minimal planner haul. ...

 Hello Loves!  I love jewellery and beaded and boho jewellery especially takes me back to my college days and reminds me of walking in flea markets and finding something beautiful and quirky to wear.  When I found Gemini Art and Craft I was reminded of the kind of jewellery I wore as a college student and I needed some of her creations in my life.  I got 3 earrings from her back in February and ordered a fresh batch of earrings this month too.  Here are my new acquisitions.  These earrings were love at first sight.  I love the quirkiness of these beauties.  Love the mix of colours, the textures and the beads and wool and cowries.  I can't wait to wear them.  The Goa vibe is so strong in these babies.  Love love love.  These are made from papier mache...I think.  They are super light weight and so pretty.  Immensely wearable.  These fish friends I bought for my sister.  A beautiful piece that will go with so...

 Hello Loves!  Want to share some very unique brooches with you today.  I fell in love with Kai Studio's creations at first sight. The colour palette and the wonderful mix of clay and embroidery.  It's too beautiful for words.  They also make keychains, earrings and necklaces,  some of which I am going to get next.  :)  This time we got two little fishy beauties.  A Bengali getting Maach, of course!  Look how pretty!  Siting pretty with my current read.  Matching quite well!  A chunky fishy.  Look at her sweet face!  So pretty!  Mini- Review:  1. These brooches are light weight and perfect to wear and not have the fabric of your clothes pulled down  or snagged.  2. The quality is great.  3. They are so freaking cute, I cannot even!  Hello Loves! Today I want to share a haul of Mini Backpacks from Chhoti Si Asha.  A shop I've bought a few beautiful things recently.  And then my dear friend Meenakshi sent me a whole goodie bag full of beautiful things and these two backpacks came with it and they are so freaking cute.  The first one in this gorgeous kalam kari backpack in black and ochre yellow.  Love the print and the bag is soft and tiny but it will fit a ton of stuff.  I cannot wait to wear it out and pair it with a ton of outfits.  The second one is in a classic black ikkat.  I love the colours and how this will go with a ton of outfits.  Look how cute!  Meenakshi picked the most perfect things for me.  Thank-you M :)  I love these so much. 

Hello Loves!  Bidisha of Vastriyan fame makes the most magical and beautiful things.  I got a whole bunch of brooches from her last month and recently my sister was in the market for some tinier brooches to do up her Traveller's Notebooks, as in to use them as charms to decorate her dori.  So she got these slightly smaller brooches from Vastriyan.  We got flowers galore and all of these are so absolutely stunning and they make me so happy.  I've been wearing a brooch on on sweater every now and then to play dress up and not feel so dowdy while stuck at home.  :)  I will share now my sister styles her dori and how good these little darlings look on a MTN.    Aren't they just lovely?  I cannot recommend this shop or it's owner enough.  All sorts of loveliness. 

 Hello Loves!  Today I want to share some beautifullllll brooches I recently got from Vastriyan.  I have bought from Bidisha before, I got some gorgeous earrings from her and I love her work. It's so stunning and neat and precise. She is crazy talented.  This time I got some lovely floral brooches from her and just look how freaking pretty they are:  This floral wreath is a thing of beauty.  A bouquet of lavender.  I honestly cannot pick a favourite.  They are all so beautiful.  Such happy blooms.  Also notice the lovely illustration on her packaging.  Bidisha should really start making bookmarks, I'll be first in line to get my hands on them.  This is the first one I picked up.  Yellow happy blooms for life.  A pink pineapple.  So cute!  REVIEW:  1.  Hello Loves!  My little pre-Christmas and year end shopping has been happening in bursts and bits and it's all beautiful handmade, small shops and mostly women owned businesses.  Is there anything better?  In fact, I recently realised that I have ONLY shopped from small businesses all of this year.  I went to the mall once and only bought skincare from bigger brands, everything else I'v bought has been from homegrown brands.  And I am so proud and happy to have done that. Nothing makes me happier than supporting small business and buying handmade things.  I've bought from Sompeedle before, quite a few times before, and every single time I am blown away by her artistry.  This time is no different.
