 Hello Loves!  Another Friday and another batch of Friday Faves.  This time we are doing a whole bunch of random faves.  First up is this gorgeous hand embroidered phone cover that was made by Rainbow Tales for us! Isn't it just lovely?!  My Kindle and my reading pen pouch. This cutie is from Paw Prints Accessories also on Instagram.  These beautiful Chhau brooches are painstakingly handmade by the lovely folks over at Naksha. We have so many beautiful jewellery pieces from Naksha and highly recommend them for beautiful fabric and wood-based jewellery.  Switched up the art on our walls and love the brightness these cute prints bring to the room. These prints are from Finding Daisies .  A beautiful handmade journal from Kagajphul . Love the art and the gamcha backdrop!  Hello, hello, Happy Makar Sankranti/ Pongal! :)  Today, I wanted to share a beautiful haul of hand embroidered brooches from one of favourite embroidery artists on Instagram- Bidisha Sarkar Biswas' Vastriyan .  Bidisha is one of our absolutely favourite people and artists on Instagram and we simply love her beautiful, flawless embroidery and creativity! We are so, so grateful to own several of her beautiful pieces including two of the brooches we ordered most recently- cosmos and marigold. The other two were kindly sent to us by Bidisha because that is just the kind of wonderful person she is!  Let's look at all the loveliness now, shall we?  Cosmos are pretty purple/ hot pink flowers that bloom all over the hills.   Hello December!  And welcome to Blogmas 2021.   Blogmas is basically my end of the year hurrah where I blog every single day up to Christmas and sometimes right up to the New Year. I blog about books, home, festivity and of course since it's end of the year it's time to list all kinds of favourties. I make top 5 and in some cases top 10 favourites of all sorts of things- books, stationery, bags, jewellery, clothes and films and TV too. I got a new laptop in the mail first thing today, and it's come right in time for Blogmas season. I blog every single day in December and it's perfect timing to have a laptop and get serious about my blogging and writing again. Oh in case you were wondering I got a Chromebook from Asus.  Hello Loves!  I kinda dropped the ball when it came to blogging last month.  I just took a break and didn't force myself to post quite as regularly as I normally would.   Hello Loves!  Let's talk about some happy mail today and something beautiful and well-made.  A sketchbook made to perfection.  Lately, in the last one month or so, my sister has slowly gotten back into art and painting. It's something she has always done in bits and spurts but since it has been bringing her so much joy lately, she decided on getting a better notebook to draw in.  Et Voila, we found Akibuuki on IG and fell in love with her journals and sketchbooks.  My sister ordered this A5 sized one from her and has used it for the last few weeks and is very, very happy with it.  The packing is a thing of joy too.  I love how small businesses go so above and beyond when it comes to packaging.  A thing of beauty inside and out.  And this is the sketchbook in question.  The cover is jute embroidered with a little birdie and comes with a tie that ends in two little wooden birds.  Hello Loves!  Long time no haul.  So let's share something beautiful today.  I got some beautiful embroidered jewellery pieces in the mail yesterday.  Two gorgeous brooches and two pendant. All from Rainbow Tales by Rhichita.  This is my second time getting something from her and I am very impressed with everything I got.  First up are these stunning brooches.  The one above is originally was a earring that I felt would be too big for me and not something I'd wear often, so I got her to turn it into a brooch and I love how it's turned out.  Love the colours on this one.  This one I had my eye on for a long time and I am so glad I got it.  Love the mix of pink and orange.  Perfect!  Brooches are perfect!  She also sent me a free bookmark.
