Journals 2025: Book/Reading Journal.

Hello Loves!  Finally setup my Reading Journal for 2025. It's a tiny, pocket sized notebook that will probably last me the first three months of the year. Maybe less. But I wanted to go smaller and more compact this year and hence this size and setup.  Let's see how it looks:  The cover: hints of lace and papers and stickers. I really want to incorporate more cloth/lace in my journal decor this year.  The first pages, it was plain white and I wanted to add more character to it.  And more bookish coziness.  Hoping for endless bookish all year round.  January Pages & Goals.  Made a place for my TBR.  And finally a place to write about everything  I read this month.  I am very pleased with how this turned out. And I am so happy to document my books and thoughts about said books here.

Blogmas Day-11! Favourite Pages from my Journals.

Hello Loves!  I journaled more than ever this year and it made me so happy. Here’s a look at some pages and some set-ups that have my whole heart.  My Journals brought me so much peace and joy and happiness this year.  My place to write, vent and unwind and just be. These were some of my favourite pages from my various journals.

Saturday Shenanigans- A Day in My Life.

Hello Loves!  Here's what my day looked like today.  Set up my June Journal.  Decorated.  Wrote.  Set some Goals.  A pen stand and some owls.  Summer Bloom.  Gratitude Journal, June Week I.  I don't really decorate my Gratitude Journal very much, I like to keep it clean and uncluttered.  The moon tonight is a thing of beauty.  I honestly was staring it for so long. It looked comically large. Like a big old dollop of ice-cream.  :)  How was your Saturday?  Mine was spent journaling and mainly setting up my new Journal for June. I finally got around to using my Traveler's Notebook Passport sized journal. Most of my morning was spent listening to music and decorating my inserts and writing some feelings away. The train accident in Odisha is breaking my heart and I cannot imagine the horror and pain and fear those passengers must be going through.  :(  I used to take long train journeys every single year w...

Vignettes: Days of April! (Journals, Feluda, Coffee and Planner Pages.)

Hello Loves!  I've been missing from this space for a while now. Nothing really, just life getting in the way and summer kicking my butt and making me slow down like never before. For most of April I've had some random ache in my neck and then the heat is making me all kinds of lethargic.  Life has been slow but good.  I've been hunkering down and reading and reading some amazing books for All Bengali Books in April.  I can't wait to do a Wrap-Up at the end of the month.  We did a spot of celebrating for Nobo Borsho and reset our home.  It's been good.  Slow and hot and good.  Here are some glimpses of what this month has looked like.  Finding comfort in Starbucks and oh look new journal that is a thing of beauty. I didn't buy any new clothes for Bengali New Year but I did treat myself to some books and some new stationery bits and bobs.  This one is from The Stitchery Room on IG .  Planner Pages for the last week of April....

General Whimsy: Gentle Days of January.

January is here and things feel new and fresh.  We are finally having a little bit of a winter feel and it feels so good to experience some winter chills.  I am making the most of these days.  Life has lately included a lot of planner/stationery/journal time and I am not complaining.  It's been good.  Thank You More Please for all the Good Things.   Late night coffee, perhaps not the best idea but it sure feels good.  My January Journal.  Decorated quite well might I say. I am using a standard sized TN insert after years and years.  The notebook is from an IG shop called Softly Vintage.  Stickers and Diecuts are from my stash, mostly bits from my old Planner Society Kits and The Feeling and Healing Sticker is new from The Surreal Studio, I love it soooo much.   Planner Pages.  My planner this year is from a place called Roohani Rang. And it comes with art that you are mean to colour in.  I don't think I'll be col...

Stationery Sunday: Daily Journal for September 2022.

Hello Loves! A quick post today to share my Daily Journal for September.  I finally finished my previous journal, one I had been using since May sometime in August, then I used a teeny tiny journal for the rest of the month and now I started this journal.  It's a traditional Indian Journal, a Bahikhaata. One used to keep accounts.  I bought this from Anokhi a few years ago and love the aesthetic of it.  This is what she looks like.  Look at her sitting pretty with Ganpati Bappa.  A little sunkissed moment.  The first page has a gold foil image of Ganpu, perfect for this month.  :)  Front page decor.  In shades of brown and gold.  Have Faith.  Some more low key collage-ing.  This is how I like starting my month, by setting up my planner and journals.  The inside is kept clean and functional and it's all about just venting my thoughts and feelings.  :)  The supplies used are from:  Amazon.  Cla...

A Spot of Journaling!

Hello Loves!  Today I picked up my journal after a long, long time. I last journaled on the 12th of July and since then my hand has been in a world of pain and writing has been especially hard. So, I completely stopped journaling and planning and making any kind of notes or jotting down any kind of list. If you know me, you know how hard something like this would hit me.  Today I made baby steps back to my journal.  Here is what today looked like.  Oh I also set-up this leather compendium I have had for a while now. This one is from Postbox and I have set it up to use with my daily journal.  A look inside.  It's full of stickers, washi samples and a few diecuts.  A few pretty things.  A tin from Traveler's Company that came with the 10th Anniversary dori.  Love it.  We use it to store some special Washi Tapes.  A sun-kissed page in my journal.  I have been using the same journal since May. Mainly because I don't journal nearly...
