December is one of my favourite months.  There is such joy and calm in these days few days of the year.  This December has been a good one.  Full of things I love and adore.  Cold nights.  Candlelight.  Books.  Blogging. Cake.  Christmas in the air.  I couldn't be happier or more grateful.  :)  Here are some snippets of my December clicked randomly on my 'big' camera.  Hello Loves!  Happy Navratri.  May this festive season be good for you and yours.  This year I have done a little Pujo prep and shopping. It feels good after taking last year off from any kind of Pujo indulgence in 2020.  I have clothes, bags and a fair amount of jewellery lined up.  Let's start with jewellery first.  I got some beautiful hand-painted necklaces from Salankaraa. That are perfect for Pujo.  Salankaraa has been a happy discovery I've made this year and I've made quite a few purchases from her this year and loved all of it.  This one give me a Mexican and Bengali mix vibe.  Love the colours on this one and I think this will go so well with a bunch of outfits.  A classic motif and imagery.  Perfect for Pujo.  :)  Also love the joba phool detail.  Mother and Child.  Maa Durga and Ganpu.  The cutest!  REVIEW:  1. Hello Loves!  My Monday was off to a marvellous start thanks to some very happy mail from The Chandi Studio.   I came across this shop on IG last week and decided to treat myself to some my first silver jewellery of the year.  I was in the market for some small pendants to wear on the daily, my everyday pendent if you will.  The little elephant was love at first sight and I needed it in my life.  :) The little flower with these shiny shiny stones was also perfect to wear everyday.    Their packaging honestly blew me away. What a nice little box!  :)  Love the design and illustrations on the box.  The many moments of Jaipur, where the studio is based out of.  These are the pendants.  A little elephant. & A flower.  So perfect. 

  Hello Loves! Welcome to the first batch of Friday Faves of 2021.  We are a week into the New Year and it's largely been a good week.  For me.  It's been good.   1. Planner Joy: My biggggg joy in this first week has been my new planners and journals.  I've been loving my time with my planners at the end of the night.  My Inkbucket Planner is working out very well for me.  2. Ring from Shaya: We started the year with some silver shopping and got ourselves two rings from Shaya and this one just has my heart. Last year was very slow on the silver shopping front, so this year we are hoping to get some unique pieces to add to our silver collection. These ring was a good way to kick off that goal.  3. Feluda: My current read is also an old and constant favourite. I am re-reading the Feluda stories and I couldn't be happier. These stories are wonderful. Hello!  Sorry for going all MIA and missing so many days of Blogmas. Honestly, I don't even know what happened. Oh, well..maybe I do. Life has been busy. In a good way.  Hanging out with people.  Book fairs. Dad's birthday.  Picnics. Christmas. All sorts of good things.  I hope you had a good Christmas.  Here are some glimpses of mine.  For Christmas this year I went on a traditional Bengali picnic.  A large group of people, cooking a full meal by the riverside, long drives and conversation.  Will share more of my picnic adventures later on, for now..here are some glimpses of my outfit.  My pretty little backpack from Chumbak Corduroy and beautiful Kashida Embroidery.
