  Hello Loves!  We've fallen for the trendy, very in Pouch Journals.  We've made three so far, and by me I mean my sister. She makes them and I decorate them.  First we made the small one, which I'm using as my Hospital Journal to jot down the memories of my 22 day hospital stay.  Then we made the big one that holds my current read and my Book Buddy~ a journal for my honest, unhinged bookish thoughts.  My two precious journal covers.  I love how they've turned out.  A closer look at the stickers.  I've used my Book Journal Pouch everyday since I've acquired it.  Its perfect to hold my reading supplies- like highlighters, page flags and sticky notes and a few pens and pencils.  It's a great way tote around your current reads and your annotation things.  One of my notebooks from my smaller pouch journals.  These are so easy to make, find a tutorial on IG and find supplies from  Amazon  Scooboo  And make yourse...

 Hello, its me, your resident bookworm. I am still here, still around. Still healing. Still recovering from my brain stroke. It's nearly been a year, I'm slowly getting back to normal.  Life has been going on, I've been reading, journaling, moving my out of wack body and trying to manifest a future where I am somewhat normal again. My old life seems so far away sometimes. The life in Mumbai somedays feels like a dream, a fever dream. Hopefully I can find myself back to that old version of myself.  Here is journal eco-system for 2026.  My planner, my journal and my reading journal. I will do a detailed post on my very minimal system soon. I have really simplified my planner stack this year, mostly out go necessity. But I am quite pleased with how things turned out.  A stack of my beloved books. A TBR pile I made for August.  I haven't blogged since June! I meant to but most days I get tired by evening and just want to read and hangout with my Baba and sister...

 Today was a fun day.  It's a month to go for my birthday and this day always feels so special. I used to start a countdown to my birthday when I was little.  Now I do something fun.  Today I coloured in a colouring book.  Journaled.  Caught up in my Reading Journal.  Just chill things.  Here's what my day looked like:  Now it's time to watch an old favourite. 

 Hello Loves!  Finally setup my Reading Journal for 2025. It's a tiny, pocket sized notebook that will probably last me the first three months of the year. Maybe less. But I wanted to go smaller and more compact this year and hence this size and setup.  Let's see how it looks:  The cover: hints of lace and papers and stickers. I really want to incorporate more cloth/lace in my journal decor this year.  The first pages, it was plain white and I wanted to add more character to it.  And more bookish coziness.  Hoping for endless bookish all year round.  January Pages & Goals.  Made a place for my TBR.  And finally a place to write about everything  I read this month.  I am very pleased with how this turned out. And I am so happy to document my books and thoughts about said books here. 

 Hello Loves.  Happy Monday to you. I hope your Monday was good.  I spent a chunk of my day cleaning  up and reorganising  my book cart. I dusted and pulled out all the books and set it up in a way that it now holds on next reads and some books I want to read in the next few months.  Will share the final finished cart later.  Today I want to share my setup for my Reading Journal and my March Week I in my planner.  So let’s jump in.  I love these gorgeous stickers from La Dolce Vita. I love these girls and their little outfits.  I wanted something pretty for March because it’s Women’s History Month and the girls gotta look good.  More girls all over my TBR page.  Hello March!  Hello Spring!  🌱🌿🍀🌳🌴🪴🍃 I am happy to step into March.  February wasn't great and I am hoping to make March a better month.  I am finally making my way back to George Eliot, I studied The Mill on the Floss back in college and I always meant to read more of work.  And March seems to be the perfect month to jump into Middlemarch.  I pulled out this chunk of a book from my shelves and I hope to read it through the month.  Wish me luck 🍀🤞🍀  I also did some rapid bookish math.  So my edition has 920 pages, which means I need to read 30 pages a day to finish it by the end of the month. Isn't it just lovely?!  My Kindle and my reading pen pouch. This cutie is from Paw Prints Accessories also on Instagram.  These beautiful Chhau brooches are painstakingly handmade by the lovely folks over at Naksha. We have so many beautiful jewellery pieces from Naksha and highly recommend them for beautiful fabric and wood-based jewellery.  Switched up the art on our walls and love the brightness these cute prints bring to the room. These prints are from Finding Daisies .  A beautiful handmade journal from Kagajphul . Love the art and the gamcha backdrop!
