  Hello November!  Hello Fall!  Hello Scorpio Season!  Hello Sister's Birthday Month!  :)  I am happy you are here November.  I started my month with doing the things I usually do on the first day of the month.  I set up my Bujo pages, did up my journal and even set up my Book Journal for the month.  A very stationery heavy morning and the kind of thing I love.  November Page in my Bujo.  Added some autumnal colours and a little doggo in a sweater!  Too cute.  Of course I did a little bit of reading.  I am still reading my Halloween Read but I also started on a new book in honour of Non-Fiction November.  I adore this little Niffler dude on my bookmark.  Hello Loves!  How was the weekend for you?  In my corner of the world it was a long weekend. It was Visarjan on Friday and that meant we had a three day weekend.  It's always sad to see Ganpu leave.  We got some laddoos fro Ganpu before he left.  :)  My main weekend read was Dumb Witness by Agatha Christie.  It was a re-read but one I came back to after a while, so a lot of the little details I had sorta forgotten. And it's been such a thundering and midly rainy weekend that it felt nice to find comfort in a Christie mystery.  The rest of my weekend was spend chilling out.  Watching quite a few funny films..older ones. I have found a lot of comfort in watching films I watched a decade or so ago.  Set up my planner pages for the next three weeks. I am mostly using Washi Tapes to do up my pages because I really missed having my stash when I was away from home. Plus, I do want to use up some of my older tapes.  I am trying to mak...

Hello Loves!  Today I picked up my journal after a long, long time. I last journaled on the 12th of July and since then my hand has been in a world of pain and writing has been especially hard. So, I completely stopped journaling and planning and making any kind of notes or jotting down any kind of list. If you know me, you know how hard something like this would hit me.  Today I made baby steps back to my journal.  Here is what today looked like.  Oh I also set-up this leather compendium I have had for a while now. Hello, hello! A new month has rolled around and, like every year, it leaves us wondering, how the heck did we go through 7 months of this year already!? Where is time flying by?!  August is one of my favourite reading months because this is when, for the past several years, I've exclusively been reading books written by Indian (includes the entire subcontinent) authors and also those written about the Indian subcontinent by our diaspora authors.  You can check all my previous reads and recommendations of 'Indian Books in August' by clicking HERE . Some really lovely books have been read and recommended!  Starting off the month by reading a book based in Bengal translated from the original in Bengali- Chronicles of the Lost Daughters by Debarati Mukhopadhyay. The premise sounds lovely and I am very excited to get into it!  Also, did a spot of planning and journaling. A beloved activity that has taken a hit since my left wrist tenosynovitis has gotten worse! Sigh....

It's been forever and a day since I did a Stationery Sunday post.  I've missed it.  Truth be told since my wrist got all messed up thanks to De Quervain's Syndrome my planning and journaling has been quite minimal, because it hurts something special to write. This is my version of hell you guys. I can't wait for my damn wrist to get better and get back to regular programming.  Today I want to share pages from my planner in the last few weeks.  Hello Loves!  The last Friday of the month means it's time to list my Monthly Favourites for the month.  I'll be honest, April has been horrendous to me. I am not even joking or exaggerating. April has historically also never been very good to be. It was the month of school results when I was a kid. It was the start of summer, my least favourite time of the year and it was exactly a year ago when I caught Covid and I am still, to this damn day dealing with it's aftermath.  April is not my favourite.  Still, I was excited to jump into this month. Excited to read some good books~ mostly all Bengali and watch a ton of films and make the most of this month. Celebrate Bengali New Year and do small things of joy.  Well, not everything went to plan.  My skin fell apart. Pretty much all of this month has involved acne all over my chin and cheeks. Painful and infuriating.  Then I had some gum issues.  And I have had another flare up of carpal tunnel....

 Hello Loves!  A quick little post this morning.  I have been using this happy yellow journal as my daily journal since last month. I kept it simple and clean all of last month. But last night I decided to spruce it up using elements I got in my Floral Journaling Kit from Shop ABC . I used a few elements that were in the packaging and some from the kit itself.  :)  I love how lovely it's turned out.  Cute!  This took me less than five minutes and I love how it looks.  :)  This is the gorgeous kit.  I mean so freaking pretty.  The goodies inside are gorgeous too and will make my planning and journaling spreads so pretty.  Hello Loves!  And Welcome to another edition of Stationery Sunday...on a Monday Morning!  :)  The start of the month means many things. One the ways in which I start a new month in my life is by setting by my planner pages and my journal pages.  I also set my Reading Journal. Decorate the pages. Make my TBR and set some reading goals.  These are my pages for April.  First up, are my April pages, Week 1...well the first few days of the month at the very least.  Full on summer vibes and joy. I am trying to be better about summer and not running from all things about this season.  So I've done a lot of flowers. Birds. Hello, hello,  Sharing some of our favourite stationery loves with you guys today. If you love stationery as much as we do, I am sure, you'll find something to like/ love/ purchase!  We love sleeves and covers for our notebooks and journals. So, this journal notebook from SEWA Anubandh is great for carrying (and protecting) your notebooks, a few pens and other bits and bobs.  This A5-sized notebook cover from The Bicyclist Stories is so well-made and pretty! It houses my sister's daily pages journal and a few pens. It has pockets for cards or washi tape samples and other stickers and bits and bobs.
