Hello Loves!  Today I got around to downloading some pictures from my Big Camera. Funny how I barely even use my Big Camera. I mainly use it only when I travel and even then..it doesn't get used nearly as much as it used to back in the day.  I remember buying my first proper digital camera, a Nikon in bright pink that took decent pictures and made me so happy. Then in a few years I upgraded to a Canon and a few years later another upgrade was made. This was in 2018, when I last bought a camera. But since then...it just makes more sense to me (as a regular person with a blog and a photo taking habit) to invest in a decent phone that also takes amazing pictures. I no longer feel the urge to look up new cameras or even dream of buying a super nice camera. Funny how in under a decade my whole outlook towards cameras have changed so drastically.  I am sure, eventually, most people, those of us who aren't professionals photogs will just stop buying a recreational camera altoget...

 Hello Loves!  I kinda dropped the ball when it came to blogging last month.  I just took a break and didn't force myself to post quite as regularly as I normally would. As a result of which for the first time this year I missed a monthly favourites post...something I was so proud of putting out every single month.  So since it's the end of July and it's time to share another round of faves, I figured I'd just combine two months and give you a round up of a few of my favourite things from the last two months.  So here we are...June and July and some Joys from both these rainy months.  Buckle up... Hello Loves!  If you know me you know I love me a bag or two.  When I came across Taaga by Reema I swiftly fell in love with her bags and her quirky prints.  I also love that she has so many different styles of bags.  This bunch of bags is my second time getting something from her. I have since then bought a few more things from her and recommended her shop to several people and they've bought and loved her work too.  This batch has a backpack in this delightful mustard and fish print.  Two Kindle Sleeves.  &  A Sling Bag.  All things beautiful and all things I love.  I love this print so very much.  We already had a tote bag in the red variant but I wanted this mustard yellow beauty in my life.  The backpack is spacious, soft and a perfect companion to college/work or travel.  The colour and print are vibrant and I am so happy with it.  This is my Kindle Sleeve.  I got this grey number to keep my beloved Ki...

Things I Miss.  Home!    Two happy girls.  My books.  My precious books.  Sweet faces.  My corner full of books.  Can you tell how much I miss my books!?  Backpack.  Stationery bits.  A sloth.  Kindle.  More books.  All red spines.  My cost bed.  Cushions and plushies galore. The view out my bedroom window on a rainy day from last year.  Hello Loves!  I've been away from home, Bombay, for six months now.  Six months.  I miss home.  I miss my books.  My bed.  My plushies.  My old life.  Don't get me wrong, I love being here too.  I do.  And I am so grateful that we have a place to be and stay safe when things back home seem to be on fire.  But ghar to ghar hai na.  I don't even know when I'll be able to head back. Not any time soon, not when things are so bleak.  I will be here and find joy in life here.  :) 

 Hello Loves! Today I want to share a haul of Mini Backpacks from Chhoti Si Asha.  A shop I've bought a few beautiful things recently.  And then my dear friend Meenakshi sent me a whole goodie bag full of beautiful things and these two backpacks came with it and they are so freaking cute.  The first one in this gorgeous kalam kari backpack in black and ochre yellow.  Love the print and the bag is soft and tiny but it will fit a ton of stuff.  I cannot wait to wear it out and pair it with a ton of outfits.  The second one is in a classic black ikkat.  I love the colours and how this will go with a ton of outfits.  Look how cute!  Meenakshi picked the most perfect things for me.  Thank-you M :)  I love these so much. 

1. Chick Mini-Backpack: A belated Christmas present, this little cutie is just too cute for words. She is very tiny, she doesn't even fit my Kindle but..I mean somethings you love not for their functionality.  2. Blue Skies: The skies are somehow prettier in the first half of the year. Bombay has been blessed with the most perfect skies lately and not to mention our wonderful weather all January long. Hello!  Sorry for going all MIA and missing so many days of Blogmas. Honestly, I don't even know what happened. Oh, well..maybe I do. Life has been busy. In a good way.  Hanging out with people.  Book fairs. Dad's birthday.  Picnics. Christmas.
