General Whimsy: Calcutta Files.

Hello!

My sister recently went to Calcutta on a work trip and captured some of Calcutta's rain-kissed glory.

1. Pre-trip packing.

2. Travel day outfit.

3. My sister's new backpack from Forever 21 and she used it for her main travel bag. It fit everything nicely, including her laptop.

4. Plants in a home.

5. Green spots in a busy city.

6. Old-fashioned homes. Windows and doors and little balconies.

7. Windows and walls and peeling paint.

8. Rains. Early in the morning and lush green lawns.

9. Rain kissed frangipani.

10. After the rains by the lake.

I love Calcutta and wish I were there now, right before Pujo when the whole city is in celebratory mode. Ah! There is nothing quite like Calcutta during Durga Pujo.

:)
