Stationery Sunday: Top 5 Traveller's Notebooks- Midori + Fauxdoris.

If you've been reading this blog for any amount of time, you will know about our love for stationery of all kinds, especially, Traveler's Notebooks.

We have bought several over this past year and now have a good sense of which artisans on Etsy (and otherwise) are our favourites!

Here are some of our top Traveler's Notebooks of 2015!

1. LyraAndCo: We discovered LyraAndCo around September or so and have already purchased 6 or so notebooks from her! She makes beautiful fabric fauxdoris and her work is excellent! So, if you are someone who enjoys variety and loves the colourful options that fabric TNs offer over leather/ faux leather ones, then definitely go check out LyraAndCo on Etsy! Here are some of our absolute favourites from her store!

2. Love Neen: Another favourite of ours for buying cute fabric TNs is Neen's store on Etsy! She has the cutest prints and if you're someone that loves Kawaii and video games and other geeky stuff, then her store is the best place to go get some lovely TNs from!

This pretty floral Field Notes sized cover is one of the first ones we bought from her store and we love her! Her work is great and she is so sweet and kind, too!

3. Naked Cow Leather:  I discovered this store via one of the many wonderful TN communities on Facebook. Joseph makes the most gorgeous notebooks and his selection of leather is really stunning! Below are three of my favourite notebooks from this store.

This is the Italian Caramel Brown leather. It is just stunning to look at and hold!

This is a hand-rubbed antique finish notebook and I can't wait to start using this in the New Year.

This is the Cherry Ice notebook. A lovely, lovely pure red!

4. Pelle Studio: This was one of first Etsy stores we ever ordered from and it remains one of our favourites even to this day. If you're someone who loves different coloured leather notebooks, especially, pastels, then Pelle Studio is where you need to head to! Also, for buyers in India, since this store is based in Hong Kong, your notebook reaches you in 7-10 days! So, win-win!

The notebook pictured below is the Galaxy/Mermaid notebook and I love it! It is so pretty and well made! And Cindy, the owner of Pelle Studio, is just so lovely to work with!

5. Candy Shelves: Last, but definitely not the least, and, FINALLY, an India-based store that makes TNs!!!! YAY! I couldn't believe my eyes when I stumbled upon Candy Shelves' Instagram account and saw that they made TNs! So, obviously, I immediately ordered myself one- you have to support someone local who makes these pretty notebooks!

Happy to report that the TN is gorgeous and so well made! Go check them out! You won't be disappointed!

I hope you enjoyed this post. :)

See you next Sunday with more stationery goodness!

Have a good week, you guys!
